Update
PICT0981_2
We've been really busy finishing the car, hence the lack of updates in this section. This is just a short update of what's happening:

* The grand premiere for Agilis Eco Car was a wild success. Lot's of people including both national radio and TV.
* KTH Mechanics has made wind tunnel testing on the car - the data looks really fine. Using this data we will fit the roughness elements pioneered by a KTH Mechanics international research team. We are very grateful for the help from KTH Mechanics and especially Alessando Talamelli, University of Bologna, who made it all happen.
* We've started on-road testing. We're still in early testing but so far everything works beutifully. Scania is kindly offering their test track for our disposal so we will test the car there all weekend (hold thumbs for good weather).
* We head for France on Monday. A 40 hours bus ride will take us to Nogaro were the Shell Eco Marathon competition is held next weekend.
Agilis Eco Car, Newsletter #2
Dear sponsors and colleagues,

Yesterday the Swedish newspaper Metro published an article about the Agilis Eco Car project. Metro is published all over Sweden and they have around 1.4 million readers. Today Swedish Television, Rapport, came to KTH to make a programme and one of Sweden’s largest newspapers Aftonbladet published another article about the project.

Now is a great opportunity for your company to increase your engagement. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding our project and what we can do for your company.

Best Regards,

Agilis Eco Car, Newsletter #1
Dear sponsors and colleagues,

First of all we would like to thank all sponsors for your engagement and support. Thanks to you we are one step closer to finalize our dream car, the Agilis Eco Car.

Since January a full team of 45 students have been working with this project and the results so far are quite impressive. We are doing quite rapid progress in all areas, that is, with the combustion engine and its regulation system, the manufacturing of the chassis, the transmission system, the steering system and the wheel suspensions. In about one month most of the different parts will be manufactured and we can hopefully send you some impressive pictures and movies. Until then, have patience.

Starting on Wednesday 13:20 Swedish Radio (SR P1) will make a serial about this project. This first episode will be an introduction to our project and in the end of March they will do another more thorough programme. Hopefully Swedish Radio will also join us at Nogaro to document our race. During the spring and the summer we will continue market the project in papers and hopefully in television.

If your company needs more information about the project or if you want to do an interview for your internal paper you are welcome to contact us.

Best Regards,
